Bo

Bo is three year old mixed breed dog. He came to the rescue as a puppy but was returned due to his allergies. We have since gotten him started on weekly allergy shots along with a new diet and Bo is doing well with ihs allergy symptoms. He is a super social boy and currently lives with 2 other dogs and a cat - all of which he gets along with. Bo wants to be where you are, he will even sleep at the foot of your bed to be close to you (on the floor, he has been trained to stay off the bed). He is housebroken and crate trained although he has not been crated in months. He is very trustworthy to be left alone while you are at work or running errands. He does not bother anything and does a great job laying on the couch while you are gone! He loves, loves, loves baths. It's like a spa treatment for him. He barks to alert you if someone is on the porch or approaching but other than alert barking, he is a quiet dog. Although he has allergies, with a proper diet and allergy meds, he functions like a normal dog. He is so ready to find his family and love all over them! Bo has ongoing medical costs due to his allergies. Meds are approximately $150/per month plus specialty food that costs $250/per month.
