Blue had a rough start in life, but no one seems to have told him. He can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly. He loves nothing more than to give hugs and get all the pets from everyone. He's not a barker even when the other dogs get excited, he quietly sits on his bed like the good boy he is. He's house-trained, gets along with cats, dogs, children and loves a good game of fetch!<br/><br/>Animal has been sponsored so, the adoption fee has been waived. A NO Cost Adoption Program helps Senior Citizens who are 65 or older and the Disabled enjoy the proven health benefits and companionship that comes from the unconditional love of a pet. Adopted animals are spayed or neutered, receive one set of annual vaccinations, and a rabies vaccination if the pet is over four months of age. Adoption fee is just $45.00.
