Blue's Story

Meet Blue, a 3 yr old blue merle queensland heeler rescued in the nick of time from the Coachella shelter in Riverside County. He is a bit shy as rescue heelers can be, but he's a friendly dog with the people and dogs he knows. He loves his walkers and the kennel staff ... probably hasn't had much life experiences but he's smart and willing to learn. Consistent with his herding tendencies, Blue would be best in a home with experienced dog owners and no young children. He would enjoy a home with another dog or two. Blue is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped so he's ready to go home anytime. We know he will just thrive in the right home and with a bit of TLC .. perhaps your home will be the one for this handsome boy.

If you are interested in meeting Blue, please email us, tell us of your interest in Blue and we will email back an adoption questionnaire to be completed and emailed back. Once we get the completed questionnaire, and if it looks like Blue might be a good fit for you and your family, we can set up a "meet and greet" and see how everyone gets along. The perfect home is out there for Blue .. we just need to help him find it.

To learn more about Dalmatian Rescue of Southern California, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit charity, and to see all of our available dogs, please visit our website at www.dalrescuesocal.com.
