He was found to have a microchip that showed he was adopted originally from the Franklin Co. Dog Shelter by Johnathon Espinal. Calls have been made to the phone number on record with no success. If you know him, please let him know that his dog is in the shelter. Blue has been neutered. The person that found him kept him for a few days while trying to find his owner. He reported that he appeared to be housebroken and was very friendly with kids. Blue currently weighs 72 pounds. Meeting dogs is by appointment only.
