blossum's Story
Meet Blossom

Blossom has quite the story, but her future is looking brighter every day.

This sweet girl was originally adopted through the shelter, but shortly after going home she slipped her collar and went into full panic mode. Thankfully, fate was on her side. We had her mom here at the rescue, and we were able to use mom to safely trap Blossom and bring her back to safety.

Since arriving at the rescue house, Blossom has really started to come out of her shell. With a little patience and reassurance, her true personality is shining through — and she is truly a sweet, gentle girl.

Blossom would do best in a home with another playful dog who can help show her the ropes and build her confidence. She absolutely loves playing with her friends, running and rompus-stomping around the yard, and then settling in for a cozy cuddle afterward.

And much like her sister, we aren't exactly sure what breeds make up this adorable girl... but we're fairly certain there may be a little corn dog in the mix.

She's got that short, slightly stubby, long-bodied look that is equal parts hilarious and adorable.

Blossom will need a family willing to give her a little extra love and reassurance — but she is completely deserving of it. Since being with us, we have had zero issues. She plays beautifully with the other dogs and is learning every day that the world can be a safe and loving place.

Blossom is fully vetted — she is spayed, heartworm negative, current on vaccines and preventions, and microchipped, so she is ready to find the loving forever family she deserves.

If you're looking for a sweet, playful companion who will reward your patience with endless love, Blossom may be your girl.
