Blossom's Story
*IN FOSTER*

DOB: 12/9/2021

Meet Blossom!

Blossom is a darling little 12-pound brown Chihuahua with a heart as big as her sweet personality. Rescued from Georgia, this well-mannered girl is the definition of an easy companion. She’s calm, gentle, and wonderfully well behaved—Blossom already knows her commands and is eager to please.

True to her name, Blossom loves to be close to her people. She’s a champion cuddler who will happily curl up beside you for movie nights, naps, or quiet moments. She’s also crate-trained and comfortable settling in on her own when needed, making her a great fit for a variety of homes.

If you’re looking for a chill, affectionate little sidekick who’s already got great manners and lots of love to give, Blossom is ready to bloom in her forever home.

Blossom is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, is in a foster home, and would be best in a quiet home with no young kids or other pets.

Here's what the foster has to say about Blossom "She loves squeaker toys. She will be someone’s shadow! Loves being with someone. Will cuddle up right next to them or near them (at their feet).

She is so good in a crate - she will go when she wants or when we say "crate!"

We’ve only heard her “bark” when someone knocked on the door.

She will sit by the door if she really needs to go out.

She is the sweetest girl!"

The Adoption Fee is $4OO, which includes all age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, and FELV/FIV testing. Microchip transfer is an additional fee.

**For more information regarding ROAR’s adoption policies and procedures, please visit our website at roar-ridgefield.org and select the ‘adopt’ tab on the home page.
