BLONDIE's Story
***ADOPT SHARE DONATE***

Meet Blondie, a remarkable 9-year-old senior camper who has triumphed over breast cancer. This resilient and beautiful soul is in search of her perfect forever family.

When Blondie first arrived at Camp in 2020, she carried some extra weight. Recognizing the importance of her health, we immediately placed her on a strict diet to help her shed those pounds. During her initial veterinary examination, we discovered that Blondie had been battling five mammary tumors. Determined to provide every camper with unconditional care, we embarked on a comprehensive treatment plan for Blondie.

With the support of our incredible CHT NYC community, Blondie underwent spay surgery, costly mastectomies, and extensive testing to ensure her successful recovery. Through unwavering love, meticulous care, and the generosity of our supporters, Blondie has emerged victorious, free from cancer and 20 pounds lighter!

Blondie delights in simple pleasures that life has to offer. She enjoys cooling off in the pool, engaging with stuffed squeaky toys, basking in the warm embrace of the sun, and savoring her meals. Her resilience and zest for life are truly inspiring.

To ensure Blondie's well-being and happiness, her ideal family would consist of no dogs, no young children, and no cats. We believe she deserves a peaceful and serene environment where she can flourish and receive the undivided attention she deserves.

If you or someone you know is ready to open their hearts and homes to this extraordinary survivor, we invite you to email us at camphappytailsnyc@gmail.com for an adoption application.
