He was very anxious and reactive at first, but with patience he slowly began to trust staff and volunteers. Underneath it all, he’s a sensitive soul who’s clearly been through a lot, but trying his best. His fearfulness has softened into shyness, and he opens up quickly for tasty treats (hot dogs are his favorite!).
