He's been doing wonderfully in his foster home since being found as a stray with his sister back in January.<br/><br/>Blitz is a sweet, affectionate boy who truly believes he's a lap dog! He loves being close to his people and enjoys spending time with his foster siblings. While he prefers being out with his people, he settles in after a few short whines.
