Join us at Merriam Petsmart and meet your perfect match. We’ll have DOGS, PUPPIES & KITTIES ready to steal your heart!<br/><br/>SATURDAY, FEB. 21 from 12-3PM: DOG ADOPTION EVENT at PETSMART in Olathe (119th & Strang Line) with Heart of America Humane Society. He is a happy, outgoing guy who loves people, playtime, and being right in the middle of whatever’s going on. Fetch is his jam, and he’s always ready for a little adventure or a good romp in the yard. He’s got a playful spirit without being over-the-top — just a solid, good-vibes pup.<br/><br/>He’s friendly with other dogs and would make a great playmate or partner-in-crime for a resident pup. <br/><br/>Blake is still learning his leash manners and getting better with each walk, so he’ll thrive with someone who’s patient and ready to help him keep learning. <br/><br/>If you’re looking for a fun, loving companion with a goofy side and a big heart, Blake is ready to meet you. <br/><br/>Blake is 4 year old lab mix and he weighs 64 lbs. <br/><br/><br/>ADOPTING A DOG<br/>Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).<br/><br/>If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.<br/><br/>We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
