Hello! My name is Blackie and I am currently 12 years old. My owner died and the children dropped me and my sister off at the local animal shelter. I weigh around 4lbs, am very friendly, spayed, UTD on shots and on HW preventative. I love people and love to sleep on the bed with my foster mom and all of the other dogs. My sister, Angel, just died so I am very lonely. Please let me come and live with you for the rest of my life! br> A home visit is required so I can only be adopted in NC/SC and possibly VA.
