Meet Black Widow! Black Widow came to CCHS with her 2 sisters and 5 brothers at the beginning of July from a local farm. At about 9 weeks old, this teeny Heeler mix weighs in at about 5.2lbs. Don’t let the name fool you, this sweet girl is anything but deadly. With all puppies, especially high energy breeds like Heelers, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the pup. Apply for Black Widow today!

The adoption fee is $400. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
