Touched By An Angel Rescue's Adoption Policy

We have adopters submit an application, if they seem like a good fit for the dog on paper, we will do an interview, followed by a house check and a meet and greet. If they pass all of these stages and want to proceed with the adoption, then we have them sign the contract and pay the adoption fee.
