Fresh out the oven (or, off the streets) and into foster care, we can not wait for everyone to get to know our steamy fresh Biscuit just a little better. Despite his days on the mean streets, our big ol' softy might as well be slathered in butter and honey; he's just so delicious and sweet.We know this guy is in love with every human who shows him kindness, loves his foster pup sibling, and we're pretty sure he's going to to be a dream family doggo. Austin Bulldog Rescue's Adoption Policy

Austin Bulldog Rescue will consider adoptive families in the Austin, surrounding areas, and the northwest San Antonio area. This is simply due to logistics and distance of travel for our volunteers. Our goal is to make the best rescue match taking into consideration the Bulldog’s background and your family’s needs. Every Bulldog is different: personality, temperament, energy, comfort with kids and other animals, medical needs and more. We take all these factors into consideration when making a furever-home match. We are very careful about the placements we make. We do our best to match the right Bulldog with the right adoptive home, because we want this to be the dog's permanent home. If you are willing to wait for the right rescue to be matched to you, you are an ideal candidate for ABR. As our success rate proves, these precious dogs are well worth the wait. If acquiring a dog is a time sensitive issue for you or your family, rescue may not be for you.
