Meet Bindi

Hello, my name is Bindi. I am a 5-6-year-old Blue Heeler Cattle Dog. I have lots of energy and I am very smart. I have trained my family to give me lots of belly rubs. I know lots of commands and understand tons of words and I never have accidents in the house. My family gives me food puzzles that I can fly right through. I love belly rubs almost as much as I love food. I am very protective of my family and home so I need a special introduction to new people.

If you want to cut my nails or give me a shot at the Dr. just give me a belly rub so I stay calm. I love to go for rides in the car but I bark and get very excited at the window when I see anyone. Did I mention I really like belly rubs and treats?

My ideal home is a place that has a big fenced yard with lots of room to play and run, preferably not in a residential area as one of my favorite past-times is to patrol my fence area and bark at people passing by. When my person works in the yard, I am right by their side trying to help and would love to do this with you. Most days I can be found chilling on a bed or in my crate while my family is off to work so when they get home, I want some exercise.

I would do best in a home as the only dog as I really like to be the center of my person's world and really don't like to share my yard with any other canines.

When I get to know you, I will give you hugs and snuggles in trade for belly rubs.
Let me know if you want to meet me.
Lots of love,
Bindi

Hello there! Bindi is up to date on all vaccines and spayed. Bindi would benefit from an adopter that is willing to enroll Bindi in some training classes as she is truly an amazing dog that has some stranger danger reactivity to both humans and dogs. Her person thinks this can be worked on but she has not had any formal training as of yet. Her ideal home would be in a country setting in a quiet/calm home. Bindi is being fostered in NH.
