Just a happy, happy guy! Our Billy Ray is never going to turn down any attention. And one look at that face, you'll just want to cuddle him all day long! Billy Ray is living life to the fullest these days. He enjoys going for walks, playing with toys, and hanging out with his canine friends. He would do best with someone who is home more often than not. He likes to be with his people and being crated is stressful for him. He may be on the smaller side, but he has a whole lot of love to give!<br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application.
