**MEDICAL EXPENSES ARE SPONSORED FOR BILLY'S LIFETIME**<br/><br/>Billy Joel aka Grampa Bill found himself with us after being found tied up outside of a grooming salon for over one day. Good samaritans collaborated with the local Animal Control agency to free Billy for being tied up. When Animal Control and veterinary staff examined Billy, it was noted that he had an open stab wound to the right side of his chest and several small puncture wounds on the left side. All wounds were tended to by the kind vet. To everyone's surprise, Billy was already neutered AND microchipped. But still, no owner ever came forward to claim him.<br/><br/>Fast forward 6 months later, sweet Billy is still in foster care. He is such an amazing dog, yet only two families were ever interested in adopting him. What stopped them? Billy's breed. A Wisdom DNA test was done on Billy and the results are as follows:<br/><br/>- 70% American Staffordshire Terrier<br/>- 25% AmericanPitBull Terrier<br/>- 2% Perro dePresa Canario<br/>- 3% German Shepherd Dog<br/><br/>Billy continues to show and remind us every day of what an incredible dog he is. Billy is great with other dogs, so gentle around children, and even friendly with cats!
