Meet Billy! He’s a two month old German shepherd mix who is looking for a foster or foster to adopt home. He was rescued from someone in Los Angeles who was dragging him by a chain wrapped around his neck. He’s currently staying at Imperial Animal Hospital in La Mirada so we’d really like to get him into a home. He’s a sweet, smart pup who loves all the dogs and all the humans. Belly rubs are his favorite!
