Meet Billy
Billy was a stray abandoned at a cemetery in West Virginia. The kind lady brought him to her home and had him taken to her veterinarian. He was not chipped and there was not any ID on his body. She had the first set of vaccines given and his rabies. The L AP has had him neutered and chipped. He is a joyful year and a half year old dog and very gentle. Billy loves to play with the smaller dogs and tug of war is his favorite game with the beagles.
