She has had a rough start but has defied the odds. <br/><br/>Billie is a a very spirited, goofy girl. She is super sweet and very sensitive so will need a very warm, loving family. She loves to play, run outside, play with her toys, and wants to snuggle when tired. <br/><br/>Billie does have a cleft palate but that does not slow her down. She is eating and drinking on her own and will not need a cleft repair. <br/><br/>She would be best suited with older children due to her cleft and the fact that small toys can pose a bigger hazard for a cleft pup. She would do great in a home where she has another dog as company or her people are home most of the day.
