Big Bella 's Story
Big Bella is desperately seeking a quiet home where she can make the most of her remaining years, savor the rest of her life, and find peace in her final chapter. Bella is approximately 10 years old. She requires an adopter who can help her lose weight with diet and exercise, as she is exceedingly overweight. In her case slow walks a couple times a day would be ideal. She is an easy walker. Bella might do well living with another dog savvy dog, but she would prefer a home where she can be the center of attention and not have to compete for affection with another dog in the household, and Bella is not a fan of cats. She is a very affectionate, loving old girl who enjoys spending time outside lounging. Bella is fairly obedient and eager to please people. She enjoys the snow, rolling around making snow angels every chance she gets. Bella deserves all the pets and cuddles she can get. Life at the shelter is depressing for this attention seeking lady. The staff do their best to accompany her as often as possible and allow her to do the things she loves, but it doesn't come close to comparing to life in a home. Her ideal adopter would be someone who spends a lot of time at home, retired, or works for home. Bella is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her core vaccinations. Bella is also housebroken. If you're looking for an easy-going senior dog to share your home with look no further than Bella. She is the best ole gal!
