Meet Beverly!<br/><br/>Beverly is a 5-year-old Shar-pei/Pit mix and weighs around 50 pounds at full growth. She is a medium sized love bug and when she gets excited, she has the wiggliest bottom! Beverly is such a loving, affectionate, fun, and energetic girl that is looking to find someone to share her life with.<br/><br/>When sweet Beverly came in as a stray, she quickly realized that she was in a place where she would be loved and cared for, which has led her personality to bloom! We have learned so much about her! Beverly makes fast friends but would still love the opportunity to meet with her future family to make sure it’s a great fit! She would do best in a home with older children, as younger kids are still a little too loud and fast for her liking. She has had the chance to meet with a cat but thought of it more like a fun squeaky toy to chase, so she would need a home without furry felines. And she also prefers the company of humans rather than dogs, so a home where she can be the only royalty in her castle would be best.<br/><br/>Beverly absolutely LOVES to go on adventures outside of the shelter with her favorite volunteer and rides shotgun in the car, like any great co-pilot should, as well as cuddling up on the couch in his home, with a fluffy blanket. Although one thing she cannot live without, is scratches and attention from those she loves and will stare at you adoringly when she is shown affection.
