Betty Davis's Story

Howdy, I'm Betty Davis! I am a super sweet, spunky young Husky/Shepherd mix; approximately 3-4 years old and I weigh 53 lbs. I was found like so many others, wandering the streets as a stray. The ARFhouse girls looked all over for my family but no one showed up. But that's okay because I am ready to meet my new, forever family!

I am a VERY friendly girl, sweet and affectionate. I've got lots of energy so I will need plenty of stimulation like walks, trips to the dog park, playtime outside. I can jump a 6-ft. chainlink fence, so I will have to have a privacy fence at least 6-ft. tall. I walk well on a leash, get along well with other dogs, and I'm sharp as a tack. I won't need much training, except maybe not to jump up when I'm excited, but I just can't hold in my excitement when I see my favorite people! Because of my size and energy level, I would not be suitable living in an apartment; I will need a large yard so that I can go outside to run around as I please. One thing is for certain, I will be the best girl if you give me a chance.

The fee to adopt Betty Davis is $200.00; this includes spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations, heartworm test, a microchip, and all of our dogs are up-to-date on heartworm, flea and tick prevention. If you are interested in adopting Betty Davis, please visit our website. www.arfhouse.org and fill out an adoption application.

**Please Note: Betty Davis is currently located at our facility in Sherman, Texas.
