Betty's Story

If you’ve ever wanted a dog who brings the party wherever she goes… Betty is your girl.

Betty is pure joy wrapped in fur. She’s playful, affectionate, and absolutely adores other dogs. She would thrive with a confident canine sibling to romp around with — but she’d also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only, soaking up every ounce of attention and love you’re willing to give.

She’s been around children and does well, especially with older kids who can match her enthusiasm. Betty LOVES affection — hugs included — she just sometimes forgets she’s not a tiny lapdog. Because of her zest for life, she’d do best in a home with bigger kids who understand that love can sometimes come with a little bounce.

Betty is energetic and would absolutely shine in an active household. Hikes? Yes. Long walks? Yes. Adventures? Double yes. She’s very food motivated and enjoys training.

She does live with cats and can coexist successfully, but she’ll need proper introductions. She’s curious and may chase to say hello, so a confident cat and thoughtful management will set everyone up for success.

A few more Betty highlights:
-Crate trained
-Generally quiet in the home
-Working on recall (long line recommended for safety)
“Very enthusiastic “PLEASE LET ME MEET MY NEW BEST FRIEND” on a leash, but it’s all excitement.

Betty is affectionate, loyal, and will bond deeply with her people. She’s not a couch potato — she’s a live-life-out-loud kind of girl. If you’re looking for a dog who will make you laugh daily, keep you moving, and love you with her whole entire heart… she’s ready.
Betty is ready for her forever home.
