Betty<br/>2 years, black, scruffy haired Velcro dog, who wants to be w person..<br/>Betty is having FHO surgery on Dec 9 and will be on low activity for about 6 weeks.<br/>She was confiscated as part of an abuse and neglect case, by Dallas Animal Services. Her hair was patchy and thinning, due to malnutrition, but it's looking good now. Once her hip is fixed, she'll be treated for heartworm. She is your best friend once she warms up- <br/>42 lbs
