Our rescues are living with families in their homes. We do not have a shelter.<br/>If you are interested in adopting, visit our website www.ajourneyhomedogrescue.org to fill out an application. After your application has been received and given a preliminary approval, you will be contacted by an adoption coordinator who will conduct a phone interview. Final approval will be granted following a successful meet and greet with the entire family.<br/><br/>Our standard adoption fee is $400, payable by cash or check. The fee includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative, heart worm preventative and micro-chipping.<br/><br/>First time pet owners will be required to sign up for a puppy/training class at a place of their choice.
