Betsy should do well with children and excel in most home settings. She is strong and would benefit from some leash training.<br/><br/>Betsy is great with other dogs and loves to play. She'd do great with a playful companion in her forever home. Puppy classes a great way for your pup to meet other dogs, build confidence, and learn proper manners. Always keep training positive, rewarding, and fun. We focus on rewarding good behavior and building trust. No shock collars, prong collars, or choke chains needed. The more positive experiences a puppy has now, the more likely they will grow into a happy, well adjusted adult dog.<br/><br/>If your application was approved and you received a call back from the Humane Society of Macomb for a meet and greet, plan to take the animal home that day. We cannot place puppies/dogs on hold to come pick up for another day.<br/><br/>All Humane Society of Macomb animals are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, tested and microchipped.Thank you for showing an interest in our pets. We can never guarantee the breeds of the animals. We do not DNA test. Please feel free to call us with any questions.
