Bessie

Bessie is a super sweet and friendly girl who gets along great with kids. She is currently being fostered with a 6- and 8-year-old and is very patient and gentle with them. Bessie is mostly potty trained; 98% of the time, she asks to go outside. It won't be long until she is completely trained. <br/><br/>Bessie loves to play outside. She is still getting comfortable indoors and can be a little shy or nervous around loud sounds or new things. However, she does well when she has a safe spot to go to when she feels scared. She is good with other dogs, takes correction quickly, and sleeps through the night in her crate. She is working on her leash skills but is a bit scared when walking on the leash. Bessie is a special girl who just needs a little time and patience for her true personality to shine through.
