Bessie

Bessie hasn't had an easy life. It is obvious she has had multiple litters of puppies in her short two years of life. When she was brought in by Animal Control she was underweight. Well lucky for her she landed at MHS! While waiting to be claimed by her owners, she was given lots of good nutritious food. She was never claimed by her owners and the shelter got her ready for adoption. Bessie has all of her vaccinations, she has a microchip, and she has been spayed. No more babies for Bessie!! While in surgery for her spay, a small growth was removed from her eye. Her heartworm test came back positive. Treatment has already been set up and Bessie is ready to get started! Hopefully Bessie can find a foster parent, so she can complete her treatment in the calm of a home.
