Bess Border Collie Mix Springfield, MO

Hey everyone I am Bess, a 19 mo old, 31 lb Border Collie mix. I was found on May 12 after giving birth to 4 little puppies under a flooded porch. Thanks to my rescuers, myself and my 4 puppies are now thriving. Unfortunetly, I was shot while pregnant in my front left leg, and by the time I was rescued it was too late to save my leg, so the vet decided to amputate. That however, does not stop me. I love to run in my huge backyard with my fur friends (my foster mom says I am fast), chase squirrels, play with my human kids, and most of all I absolutely love affection and to be close to my humans. My foster family does not have cats, but I don't seem to mind the neighbor's cat. I am fully potty trained and crate trained, in fact I don't even need a crate cause I will play with my toys and not get into anything! If you would like to give me a chance, I will be glad to let you...after all I have been through, I just want your love!


My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
