Berry is a stunning German Shepherd with a big heart and plenty of energy to match his athletic build. This handsome boy loves to move—whether it’s running, playing, or going for long walks, Berry is always ready for adventure. He would thrive in an active home or a place with a large yard where he can get the exercise and mental stimulation he craves.<br/><br/>Berry does great with female dogs and enjoys their company, though we haven’t yet tested him with males. Like many shepherds, he takes his job as a protector seriously, and he can get a little anxious behind a barrier, which means he’ll bark at the fence or in his kennel. Once out and about, though, he shines—focused, eager, and ready to be your loyal companion.<br/><br/>Berry is looking for a home that understands the German Shepherd spirit: loyal, intelligent, and happiest when they have a purpose.
