Bernie Staffordshire Bull Terrier Hood River, OR

Handsome Bernie came to our shelter scared and underweight, but with the love of our volunteers and some tasty bowls of kibble, he's much healthier and happier! We think he is about a year old and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier (possibly mixed). He may look large in his photos, but Bernie is actually pretty compact and weighs about 42 pounds. Bernie is a total wigglebutt that can't wait to give everyone some cuddles. He's a fantastic leash walker and is learning his doggy manners very quickly because he is so eager to please. His foster home says he's very smart and has learned a lot in just a day! Everybody loves this adorable guy. Bernie is current on shots, microchipped and neutered. The adoption fee for Bernie is $205. The fee to adopt is charged to recoup standard veterinary expenses.
