Bernice's Story
Bernice is an 8 yo miniature poodle (weighs 14#) who was rescued from the south. She was heartworm positive and is now almost finished with treatment and will soon be ready for her forever home. She is spayed, vaccinated, and is otherwise healthy. <br/><br/>Bernice has clearly had a tough life. She is super sweet, but takes some time to trust people. She LOVES other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog. She is crate-trained, potty-trained, and walks well on a leash. She has an adorable hop and looks like a lamb hopping through the snow. She will need a patient adopter, but will make a great companion in time.<br/><br/>Her adoption fee is $200.
