Bernard's Story

He's ready to rock your world in all the best ways! Bernard, an 8-week-old, 10 lb Shepherd mix (best guess!), is a super smart, playful, and funny little guy who loves playing with his siblings, learns new things super quickly, is doing very well with wee wee pad training, and sleeps quietly through the night. Owners with some previous puppy experience are his best fit. He's still puppy mouthy right now, so we won't place him with very small kids. Bernard is microchipped, vaccinated, and will be neutered by the rescue when he's old enough. Located on Long Island. His adoption fee is $700.

Please review the following requirements prior to submitting an application: All applicants must be at least 25 years of age or older. We require a secure traditionally fenced yard (not electric) yard in order to adopt. *Occasionally exception are made for apartments/condos.* All current pets must be spayed/neutered, up to date with vaccines, and current on heart worm pill and flea and tick pill.
