Bentley's Story
Bentley was found as a stray, likely abandoned alongside her mom (or possibly a littermate). The two were discovered huddled together under a shed. Once coaxed out, they immediately showed just how friendly and trusting they are. From the start, Bentley has been nothing but love.

This sweet girl is incredibly affectionate and will gaze into your eyes with pure devotion—it’s impossible not to fall for her. She’s also impressively smart, often picking up on new commands with very little practice.

Bentley is super playful! She loves to wrestle and roughhouse with her mom and could happily play for hours. But once the fun is over, she’s all about the cuddles.

Her adorable bent tail (which inspired her name!) only adds to her charm and makes her even more unforgettable.

Bentley walks nicely on a leash and frequently looks up for reassuring eye contact, eager to please. She has not yet been tested with cats or children, but we believe she would do well with kids who are steady on their feet. She has shown absolutely zero unfriendly behavior. She has been successful meeting new friendly dogs with thoughtful introductions.

She is crate trained and will often wander into her crate on her own to chew on a toy or take a nap—even with the door wide open. Bentley is highly treat-motivated and has all the makings of an impressively trained companion.

Whoever chooses Bentley and earns her loyalty is going to be VERY, very lucky.
