Meet Bennie!<br/><br/>Professional Snuggler • Treat Enthusiast • Zoomie Champion<br/><br/>Name: Bennie (aka Benji, Bennie Boo, Bennie Boy)<br/><br/>Age: Approximately 3.5 months<br/><br/>Size: 13 pounds of puppy sweetness and still growing!<br/><br/>Activity Level: Moderate! I love a good nap, snuggle session, and occasional burst of puppy zoomies. Play hard, nap harder!<br/><br/>Favorite Activities: Snuggling, sunbathing, exploring, chasing kiddos, hunting for treats, and taking very important naps!<br/><br/>Things I Know: I’m a smart little cookie, especially when food is involved! I’m learning to sit, wait patiently for meals, and go to the door when I need to potty. I’m making great progress with potty training and my kennel routine, with just a few puppy oopsies along the way!<br/><br/>Things I’m Learning: The world can be a little scary! I’m practicing leash walking, building confidence, and learning that loud noises, barking dogs, and even the wind aren’t so frightening. A little reassurance (and a treat!) goes a long way.<br/><br/>Kids: LOVE them! Running, chasing, playing, giving kisses, and snuggling are my specialties!<br/><br/>Dogs: I do well with dogs of all sizes! I currently live with two large senior dogs and know when to give them space. Loud barking can still startle me, though!<br/><br/>Cats: Unknown, but slow introductions would be best.<br/><br/>Car Rides: I’m a good passenger! New places can make me nervous, so I appreciate having my humans nearby.<br/><br/>Bennie is a sweet, silly, affectionate little guy who’s slowly coming out of his shell! He’s incredibly food motivated (he already knows where the treat pantry is), eager to learn, and happiest when he’s close to his people.<br/><br/>He’s a sensitive soul who seeks comfort when something startles him, but his confidence grows a little more every day!<br/><br/>His favorite thing? SNUGGLING! He loves tucking his head between your collarbone and jaw and falling asleep as close as possible. Talk about a heart-melter!<br/><br/>Bennie does well in his kennel during the day, sleeps soundly with his foster family at night, and continues to make great progress with potty training.<br/><br/>His perfect home? A loving, patient family ready to help him build confidence, continue his puppy training, and enjoy endless cuddles.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, treat-loving little shadow with a heart of gold, Bennie Boo might just be your boy!
