Benji's Story

If you're looking for a dog with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Benji (formerly Bonjour) might just be your perfect match. This silly guy loves to play, entertain himself with a good chew toy, and will happily prance around the yard showing off whatever treasure he's found. He's still perfecting the art of fetch, but he makes up for it with endless charm.

Benji is doing an incredible job with potty training! He sleeps through the night without accidents, runs straight outside when it's potty time, and has even started sitting by the back door to let his foster family know he needs to go. He's also wonderful in his crate, happily spending his downtime napping or working on a favorite chew bone.

One of our favorite things about Benji is that he loves hugs. He'll happily wedge himself between your feet and stare up at you until you crouch down for a cuddle. It's impossible not to fall in love with him.

Like many bully breeds, Benji enjoys the classic "pibble nibbles" during play, so a family familiar with bully breed anticsor willing to continue his trainingwould be ideal. Give him appropriate toys to chew, plenty of love, and a little guidance, and you'll have an incredibly fun, affectionate best friend.

Benji has completed his vet care (neuter, vaccines, microchip) and cannot wait to meet you! His adoption fee is $300. If you're interested in adopting, please submit an application at savedbyfate.org and we'll be in touch ASAP!

A meet with any approved applicant's current pets and entire family will be required prior to starting the foster-to-adopt period.
Please visit our website savedbyfate.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.
