Meet Benji, who you probably won't recognize as a puppy from December 2024/ He's now 1.5 years old and weighs 59 lbs! He was surrendered to us due to killing livestock, specifically chickens. He's affectionate, playful, active, talkative, curious, and very friendly! He's lived with cats, whom he'd try to chase, but never caught, as well as a large dog, whom he'd try to play with! He's also lived with children of all ages and was loving and playful with them! Benji likes pets, roughhousing, playing chase, and tug-o-war! He hasn't had much exposure to the leash, but walked just fine for me! He knows how to sit and is already housetrained! He will go to the door when he needs to go outside!
