Benito's Story

Benito's story hasn't been an easy one. He experienced cruelty earlier in his life, and while the scars on his back have healed, they remain a quiet reminder of how far he's come. What stands out most about Benito, though, isn't his past, it's his resilience and the joy he still carries with him. Despite everything, he greets life with a playful spirit and a heart that's ready to trust again.

Benito is a fun-loving guy who thrives when he has a dog friend nearby to wrestle, play, and burn off energy with. Having a canine companion really brings out his happiest, most confident self. On his freedom ride to his foster home, Benito experienced his very first pup cup and has since decided that every dog should be entitled to one, no exceptions. And while he may not be small, Benito is fully convinced he's meant to be a lap dog and will happily try to prove it whenever given the chance. Silly, affectionate, and full of personality, Benito is ready for a home where he can keep healing, keep playing, and finally enjoy the carefree life he deserves.

Love-A-Bull's Adoption Policy
Love-A-Bull embraces adoptions without barriers. Once an adoption interest form is submitted, we will give you a call to discuss the dog and hopefully set up a meet and greet! • Each adoption begins with a 3 day trial period. • We do require a facilitated meet and greet between the adopt-a-bull and your pets. • Local area adoptions allow us the means to provide additional support and resources to adopted dogs and their families! For this reason, we do not do out-of-state adoptions. Because we require a meet and greet when potential adopters have another pet in the home; we are unable to accommodate adopting to these homes if located 35+ miles outside of Austin, Texas city limits. • We do not allow multiple puppies to be adopted together. If you would like to adopt multiple adopt-a-bulls, we love that! But, one dog has to be at least a year old before a second dog can be adopted from us.
