He was sick, dehydrated, in pain, and his coat was so severely matted that he required emergency veterinary care. Thanks to the love of our volunteers, veterinarians, and foster family, Benito has made an incredible recovery. <br/>Today, hes healthy, comfortable, and ready for the next chapter of his life.<br/>Benito has left his difficult past behind and is hoping someone will give him the second chance he deserves. Written Application and home visit. This includes reference checks, veterinarian checks, landlord approval checks and PHYSICAL home visits conducted prior to approval. We only adopt to Nassau/Suffolk County residents (Long Island, NY).
