"I'm Ben, and I wear my heart on my nose! I'm just under 3 months old and I weigh 21 pounds. I'm a mixed breed boy who was found dumped in a tote with my siblings, but now I'm ready for a home. My mom says I'm the cutest puppy she's ever seen and yells, ""BEEEEEEN..... I LOVE YOU,"" very excitedly! I enjoy it though because she always picks me up to cuddle right after! I love cuddling! I'll jump up on your legs until you pick me up, and once you do I either rest my head on your shoulder or lay against your thigh for nap time. I like playing with other dogs but haven't quite figured toys out yet. I sleep quietly in my crate and I'm learning to walk on a leash. I don't like the freezing cold here, but don't mind the snow! Despite the cold temps I've still gone potty outside. I'm doing really well with that on a schedule and will find a potty pad inside most times if needed. But I'm just a baby so you'll need to help me learn. I'm a smart boy who's already learned to sit for a reward, and I'm working on learning ""off."" I'm a sweet and lazy pup with bursts of puppy energy, but the first one to rest and find a cozy spot. Our application process includes landlord approval and vet checks. Please make sure all of your information is current and accurate, including a valid email address and phone numbers. Inaccuracies and/or incomplete data will delay and/or cancel your application. We strive to process all applications in a timely manner, but with the high volume of applications we are receiving, it is taking anywhere from 1-3 weeks. You may be contacted via email if there are concerns or questions. Once all of your information is reviewed and if your application is approved, you will be notified via email. Submitting an application and receiving an approval does not guarantee you will be adopting the dog you applied for. Once you move to the meet and greet process, you will be contacted by the foster family to further discuss the dog, and answer questions you may have, and if applicable, a meet and greet will be set up at our adoption center. Meet and greets are only set up with approved applicants, and we require all members in the household to be present, as well as any current dogs in the home. Meet and greets take place at our adoption center located in New Berlin. If you are proceeding with adopting a Lucky Mutt, we will require the dog to have a Martingale collar at the time of adoption, to ensure the dogs safety during the transition to a new home. <br/><br/>Current Adoption Fees Are:<br/>$425+tax for puppies to 3 years old<br/>$375+tax for ages 4-7<br/>$275+tax for ages 8 and up<br/>Bonded pairs vary<br/><br/>The adoption fee covers spay/neuter, up to date age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, general deworming, heartworm test, (if over 6 months) and a certified veterinary inspection. Please be aware, listed dog breeds are based on information provided and cannot be guaranteed. Submitting an application for a particular dog does not guarantee that you will be the applicant chosen, we receive several applications for each dog. Our adopters are picked based on the needs of the dog, and the home we feel with best fit based on your responses to our application, vet information and landlord requirements.
