Bemba is a very handsome German Shepherd Dog, and a complete gentleman. He is a senior fellow at eight years of age and looking for a loving adult home with a love and appreciation for German Shepherds. Bemba spent his life, up to this point, in a wonderful home with a lady who loved and took great care of him. Unfortunately, she recently passed away, and he is now in need of a loving new home. Anyone interested in adopting Bemba must own their own home and ideally have a secure fenced yard. Bemba is good with people and other dogs. He is well trained and walks wonderfully on lead. He stays next to you and does not pull. The only health issue he has is arthritis (something that seems to affect many seniors, both people, and animals. He is currently on two medications, one for pain and one for inflammation. They are not high doses. He gets bloodwork done twice a year just to make sure these medications are not causing kidney or liver issues. His last bloodwork was done in July, and it was perfect. Bemba is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped, and housebroken.
