UPDATE!!✠̈<br/><br/>BOONE RESERVED!<br/><br/>These beautiful babies came to us almost 3 weeks ago from a rural Alabama shelter, where they had been dumped at just hours old with their umbilical cords still attached and without their momma.<br/><br/>Thankfully, we were able to quickly secure dedicated bottle feeders who stepped up to provide the round-the-clock care these tiny babies desperately needed. Since then, they have been thriving, growing, and getting stronger every day! ❤ï ̧<br/><br/>They appear to be Lab mixes and are simply GORGEOUS! They are right at 3 weeks old now, and we’ll be posting weekly updates as they grow and their individual personalities begin to shine through.<br/><br/>They will be ready to go to their forever homes at approximately 9 weeks old, once they have received 2 rounds of vaccines and have been altered.<br/><br/>✠̈ THESE BABIES ARE AVAILABLE TO BE RESERVED! ✠̈<br/><br/>Our adoptions are NOT on a first come, first served basis, and there is no fee to apply! We work to find the best match for each individual animal. We also never state that any animal is fully house-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, etc. can lead to accidents, even with the most well-trained animals.<br/><br/>All dogs have a $195 adoption fee, which includes a vet check, age-appropriate vaccinations (at least 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm testing (if over 6 months), rabies vaccination (if at least 16 weeks), and spay/neuter.<br/><br/>All healthy and adoptable puppies over 8 weeks and 2 pounds will be altered before adoption. Pediatric spay/neuter is an essential part of our rescue efforts and is a policy we will continue to follow. There are no extensions or exceptions for healthy puppies.<br/><br/>Puppies/dogs who are not yet ready for adoption because their vetting is incomplete may be reserved with an approved application and a non-refundable $50 deposit. Deposits can ONLY be submitted after Wags & Whiskers has contacted you regarding your approval and specifically requested the deposit. The $50 deposit is applied toward the adoption fee, with the remaining $145 due at pickup.<br/><br/>Wags & Whiskers is an all-volunteer rescue.
