This is a courtesy posting.<br/><br/>Belle is about 13 and has arthritis. She is about 65 pounds, black and white. She lays around most of the day. Her owner died and the son inherited her. The son is mentally disabled and cannot take care of her. The son makes lest than 800 dollars a month and has to move out of the apartment he is in.
