Belle's Story

Meet Belle a playful, loving girl who will be turning one year old in June! At under 50 pounds, Belle is the perfect medium-sized adventure buddy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. We believe her mom was a pit mix, though dad remains a mystery.

Belle loves playtime and is happiest with hard chew toys like Benebones, crinkly toys, and anything squeaky. She absolutely adores romping around with her foster dog siblings a 5-year-old lab mix and a 4-year-old doberman mix. She would thrive in a home with another playful dog companion and a fenced yard where she can enjoy zoomies, chase games, and wrestling sessions.

This sweet girl is also a natural water dog! Whether its splashing in a kiddie pool or exploring the river, Belle is always ready for aquatic fun.

Belle is both crate trained and potty trained, sleeping peacefully through the night in her crate. She already knows sit and is currently learning wait/stay, drop it, down, and improving her recall skills. While she can be a little shy in public and needs continued leash-confidence training, she settles in quickly and becomes an affectionate cuddle bug. Her signature move? Endless kisses.

Belle is wonderful with kids and rides beautifully in the car she simply sits back and enjoys the view. She may chase cats out of curiosity, but she has shown no intention of harming them.

If youre looking for a sweet, active, water-loving companion with tons of affection to give, Belle may be your perfect match.

Apply directly @soul2soular.org
