Meet Belle! Belle is a 6-month-old Husky mix with a sweet personality, endless curiosity, and lots of playful puppy energy. She came to rescue as an urgent save from a Houston shelter, and while her early life is mostly unknown, she is already showing everyone just how loving, happy, and resilient she is.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Give Belle a shot and she will save your life!<br/><br/>Belle is still searching for her forever family, and we know theyre out there.<br/><br/>If your weekends are filled with hiking trails, neighborhood walks, trips to the park, road trips, or simply finding new places to explore, Belle just might be your perfect sidekick.<br/><br/>This girl is smart, athletic, and full of personality. She doesnt just go for walks—she enjoys them. Shell happily stop to sniff every interesting flower, investigate every new scent, and then keep right on going with a smile on her face. She walks beautifully on a leash and truly loves being out in the world.<br/>.<br/>A few things to know about our girl:<br/> High energy in all the best ways—she loves toys, adventures, learning new things, and staying active.<br/><br/> She would do best with older children who can enjoy her enthusiastic personality.<br/><br/> Belle loves having dog friends! She has a spirited play style and does best with dogs that enjoy rough-and-tumble play or confidently give appropriate corrections, which she respects very well.<br/><br/> She currently lives peacefully with a cat and responds well to feline boundaries, but we think shed be happiest in a home without cats or with a very dog-savvy cat.<br/><br/> When her body and mind have had a chance to work, Belle settles beautifully. Shes completely potty trained, kennel trained (and wonderfully quiet in her kennel), fully vetted, spayed, and has completed treatment for her eye condition.<br/><br/>One thing were especially proud to offer is continued training support. We want Belle and her adopters to succeed together, so well help her new family continue building on everything shes already learned.<br/><br/>Belle isnt looking for a perfect family. Shes looking for the family thats excited to include her in their life, challenge her mind, laugh at her goofy moments, and watch her become everything we already know she can be.<br/><br/>If your home has room for one incredible adventure buddy, wed love to hear from you.
