Bella's Story

Bella is a very sweet, calm, gentle dog. She gets along great with kids and other dogs. She would be a perfect fit for an older couple looking for a quiet, chill dog or also for a family with kids. Her face is quite scarred from dog fights on the beach, but it hasn't made her aggressive in any way or fearful.<br/><br/>We met Bella on a beach in Puerto Rico, emaciated. She bonded quickly with us, even following our car each day when we went out. She is very loyal and affectionate. She is good with other animals and a very calm, peaceful, sweet, gentle dog. While her scars make may some people wary, they tell her story of a life on the street, fending for herself, without a home. Bella is a very calm, gentle soul. She would happily spend her whole day snuggling on the couch with her people.
