Bella was rescued from an unfortunate life of neglect, and lived most of the first seven years of her life fending for herself. Thankfully, we were able to pull her from a local shelter. When she came to Max's Hope, she tested heartworm positive, and has spent that last several months undergoing treatment. We are so happy to say that Bella is now heartworm negative! She has also recently been spayed and is fully vaccinated.

Bella is around 7.5 years old. She is dog selective, and cannot be in a home with cats. Miss Bella will need to be someone's one and only, but she has plenty of love to give in return. Will you give Bella a true second chance at life, and show her what unconditional love looks like? Bella can't wait for a fresh start.

Please include your veterinarian name, number and the name your current pets are listed under. Also please check your information carefully. All current pets must be up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Dogs must be on heart worm preventative.

Adoption Process: This is not a first come, first serve organization. We will do our best to process applications within 48 business hours of receiving them. The application must be completed in full including first and last name, complete address including city and state, complete veterinarian information (this will be checked and all pets must be neutered or spayed, up to date on all vaccines, and dogs must be current on heartworm prevention) and the name of all current pets in the household. We are 100% volunteers and I will not subject anyone who is giving of themselves and their time to hostile conversations. Please be patient with us. We are not paid for our endless hours and are looking for the BEST home for the babies in our care. We will process your information and an email will be sent to the email you provide on the application.
