Meet our Beautiful Begonia ! This girl has a playful spirit and an independent streak. She may not be the velcro-dog type, but she enjoys a few good pets and especially loves some quality booty scritches before heading off to explore. Her favorite pastime? Sniffing every inch of the yard like she’s on an important mission.<br/>She appears to be potty trained and has great fetch potential. She’ll happily chase the ball, bring it back, and then lock eyes on your hands to make sure you understand the assignment: throw it again, please.<br/>When Begonia gets excited, her enthusiasm shines. She has been known to do the most hilarious zoomies where her whole body spins as she runs around ! She sometimes forgets her size and may come zooming in at full speed or bounce off you in the heat of the moment. She loves interactive play and enjoys showing off her toy-shaking skills (sometimes enthusiastically within your personal space). Because she can get jumpy when she’s in full play mode, she would likely do best with someone who appreciates a spirited, playful companion and can help her channel that energy.<br/>Begonia is a fun-loving, yard-exploring, fetch-obsessed girl who’s ready for someone to join in on the adventure. <br/> <br/>This pretty girl recently met some social dogs at our shelter and seemed a little uncomfortable. She wasn’t ready to play, but we hope that as she gets more experience in our shelter playgroups, she’ll be ready to show us her silly side with other dogs. Looking for a buddy for your dog? Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we're a match!
