Beethoven's Story

Apply to Adopt Me!
Beethoven is a 10 month old, 21 pound bundle of upbeat energy with a soft heart. Born in rescue, he has grown up surrounded by other dogs and absolutely thrives with canine friends. While he gets along with cats, they don’t always share his enthusiasm for playtime. New people and unfamiliar places can make him a little skittish at first, but it never lasts long. Once he warms up, you’ll see his affectionate, goofy side in no time.

Beethoven is house trained and recently discovered how much fun outdoor walks can be. He can be easily distracted by all the excitement of the world, but he redirects beautifully and is eager to learn. Inside the home, he is a sweet and loyal shadow who bonds closely with his person.

He’s high energy, playful, and ready for adventure, but he also wants nothing more than to be loved and included. Beethoven would flourish in a home that enjoys activity, has dog friends or plenty of playtime, and is willing to give him a little patience as he settles in.

Since he's still a puppy he will need to continue his training and socialization, and will need someone who is home to take him out often. If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area and think you would be the perfect forever home for Beethoven, we'd love to find out more about you. Please complete an application and let us know more about your family.
